CleanBC Better Homes Energy Savings Program (for income-qualified households)

  • If you qualify under the “income level 1 or 2” thresholds, you could get up to 95% (level 1) or 60% (level 2) of eligible upgrade costs covered — up to a maximum of $9,500 per home. betterhomesbc.ca+2betterhomesbc.ca+2

  • To qualify: the new windows/doors must meet efficiency standards (e.g. U-factor ≤ 1.22 W/m²K), replace existing building-envelope windows/doors (skylights don’t count), and be installed by a registered contractor under the program

FortisBC Rebate (via window/door upgrade)

  • You may get $100 per door or window, up to a maximum of $2,000 total. Nagy Bros’ Windows Ltd.+1
